When should I have my booking?
As soon as you are certain, which dates you want to travel, we will advise you to make your reservation. During the traditionally busy period (Christmas, Carnival, Easter, Summer), we will book as soon as possible. To get the lowest airfare, the book should be within 14 days or more.
How can i pay you?
All Debit/Credit Cards, 50+ Netbanking , All UPI, Paytm Wallet, Paytm Postpaid ,EMI, Google Pay, NEFT, IMPS, Payment URL through SMS & Email.
Does airline allow name change on airline tickets?
Yes, if the customer wants to change the name of the airline ticket booking within two hours of booking of the booking day. All you need to do is make a request through Email on firstname.lastname@example.org to our team for change name in the airline ticket.
What types of documents are required to travel?
For Domestic Flight on Check in Government, ID is required. International flight passport is required, and a visa Therefore, please recommend to check that you need a visa for your destination or not. Our agents are not responsible for information about visa or passport requirements.
Can I travel with one-way tickets in any country?
If you are not a citizen of that country then you can not travel with a one-way ticket. You must have a round-trip ticket.
Do I have to pay a departure on international flights?
Yes. Most of the countries depart at the airport on the day of returning home and have to pay in cash.
How many pieces of luggage are allowed?
For the airline you are not allowed to take 2 pieces of more than 70 lbs and carry-on more than 35 lbs. Additional luggage can be allowed by the airline on additional luggage.
Can I bring extra luggage?
Yes you can. Airlines will charge an additional fee for each item you bring.
Can Senior Citizens Get A Discount?
Unfortunately, senior citizens are no longer exempt.
Is my ticket refundable?
Must of the tickets are non-refundable. Unless you purchase an unrestricted airline ticket.
If I am not traveling, when can I cancel my reservation?
You must cancel or change your reservation at least 72 hours from booking. If changes are not made within the time limit then there will be no cost of the ticket and it can not be used.

How do I know whether my booking is confirmed or not with Love Ride?
Whether booking is done online or on the phone, a confirmation will be sent to you through email, which will include your reservation number and travel details.

What about payment terms?
Once we can confirm the arrangements for travel, we usually require advance money. The amount depends on the services you may need to travel. This bank transfer (before arrival) can be paid through payment gateway. we need the balance before arrival. The exact conditions will be given at the time of reservation.
Will I know which hotel will I stay before I go?
Yes, we will send you a detailed list of hotels before you confirm our services and before asking for an advance payment.
If I come into any problem during my journey, how will you help me?
